Program Overview:

To become a Partner (Reseller) for ISI products you must be a Microsoft Dynamics GP VAR capable of installing and supporting ISI software products.  That's all there is to it!

There are no fees associated with becoming an ISI Partner. ISI protects Partner's interest with potential clients and offers discount margins for sales made to clients by the Partner.  Contact ISI for Product Pricing and Partner margins.

Before the Sale:

ISI Partners identify potential clients, perform preliminary needs analysis, demonstrate ISI products, and then  work with ISI to accomplish proposed system design.  In addition, ISI offers leads to Partners who have demonstrated capability to install and support our products.

Upon request, ISI assists the Partner in the needs analysis process.  ISI also provides telephone, e-mail and Web Demo support to Partners during the sales process. 

ISI provides Live Meeting Web demos to Partners who are preparing to meet with prospects and then provides Live Meeting Web demos during the Partner's meeting with prospective clients if the Partner wishes.

Upon request, ISI  provides a demonstration copy of products that work with the Great Plains lesson company.

 

Installing the Product:

Either the Partner or the Client can install the product.  ISI provides telephone, e-mail and Web Demo support to Partners and/or Clients during the installation as requested. 

ISI offers consulting and installation services at the Client site on a fee per day basis plus travel expenses. Client site support is sometimes required for customized systems and rarely required for product installation.

After the Product  is On-Line:

ISI Partners can elect to provide first level product support to Clients after the sale.

ISI supports its Partners by providing telephone and e-mail support for clients who are on support plans.

Training:

ISI offers free training for ISI products at our site in Palm Bay Florida for both Partners and their Clients.

ISI offers training at Partner or Customer sites on a fee per day basis plus travel expenses.

Training is geared toward Partner and/or Customer needs. Training time is dependent on size of class and specific needs, typically one day.
