Annual Support


Annual Support is required for the first year.  For annual support prices contact ISI. 


Support is by telephone or fax during the hours of 8am to 5pm Eastern Time. 


Typical response time is the same day; however, response time is not guaranteed. 


E-mail support hours are 24 x 7. Typical response time is the same day.  24-hour e-mail response time is guaranteed.


For the cost of support for registered users with no annual support  contact ISI.  Such support must be prepaid by check or credit card, VISA/MasterCard accepted.

Enhancement/Upgrade Price


Enhancements of new features/functionality are announced at time of addition of the new feature/functionality. 


New functionality is offered to customers with annual support at a reduced price.  Upgrade prices are announced at the time of upgrade. 


Upgrades due to Microsoft Dynamics GP version changes (example: upgrade from v7 to v8) will be available 30 to 60 days after release of the new version by Microsoft.  Prices and time available are based upon the impact to ISI software by changes made by Microsoft and the extent of need for ISI to produce customer file conversion tools.
